Sony’s New Hotel Transylvania Images
From Sony Pictures Animation comes the first teaser trailer for their new feature film Hotel Transylvania. It is directed by the creator of cartoon hits Dexter’s Laboratory and Samurai Jack, Genndy Tartakovsky, and produced by Michelle Murdocca. Starring voice actors include comedy heavyweight, Adam Sandler (Dracula), teen sensation Selena Gomez, and legendary actor Steve Buscemi.
Hotel Transylvania is a family comedy that delivers a fresh spin on the well-trodden mountain pass leading to the Haunted House genre. The film is set in an exclusive resort for the world’s most famous monsters and hosted by the prince of darkness, Count Dracula. When a boy discovers the hotel and falls for the count’s daughter, Dracula has to deal with the challenges that come with being a father.
The trailer looks like a great romp and if the recent success of Sony Animations’ The Pirates! Band of Misfits and Arthur Christmas are anything to go by, Hotel Transylvania is sure to be a Halloween hit.
Hotel Transylvania will be taking bookings from 12 October 2012.
