Gareth Owen is a Bafta and International Emmy winning independent director and producer with 15 years experience in animation, character design & story-telling. Gareth provides consultancy in budget creation, scheduling and creating content for 2D, CG, stop-motion animation and mixed-media – from short films to commercials, series or animated feature films. Available for character design, story-boarding & concept artwork to script-editing, high-end animation and post-production. Ok he can’t animate, but he knows lots of amazing animators and can put the right team to the job in hand.
Gareth is currently repped by Happy Hour Productions in Bristol, having spent 12 years working for Aardman Animations where he was Series Producer on Shaun the Sheep and producer of 2 series of Creature Comforts.
