What is the film about?

Guilt holds Paul from leaving his job, but a chance meeting with a baby lizard gives him the courage to choose what will make him ultimately happy.

What influenced it?

The atmosphere and character design were inspired by Bee and Puppycat. The background art was inspired by Julien Neel, a french comic author.

A little background information...

I wanted to make a fun and simple looking film that would make people smile and that would enable my team and me to experience what it’s like to produce a film together.

How was the film made?

It was a group effort, about 60 people worked on this film. A great deal of learning was earned during production, and the whole team was happy to be able to finish the film on time before the summer holidays!
The backgrounds were drawn in Photoshop, the character animation was done in TV paint and the compositing was done using Adobe After Effects.
