What is the film about?

A slightly unhinged and obsessive lothario attempts to seduce his unfortunate love interest by detailing his bizarre and terrifying fantasy of how far he’d go in order to prove his feelings for her – stripping naked and engaging in a mid-air battle with a rhinoceros.

A little background information...

This is the fourth and final episode in the I Love You So Hard series, made with Joel Veitch for Rathergood.com and also as part of my graduation project from Edinburgh College of Art. According to Joel, this is the true story of how he seduced his wife.

How was the film made?

All the animation was drawn by hand on A4 paper using pencils, pens and coloured crayons. Each frame was photographed using Dragonframe Stop Motion, then a tiny little bit of Photoshop and After Effects trickery was needed to add the backgrounds to the scenes.
