What influenced it?

Matus Vizar, who directed “Pandas (Pandy)” is a huge animation inspiration for the sense of immediacy in his animation, and how economically he creates comedy. Bill Plympton, Laura Jayne Hodkin and Cordell Barker influence me similarly through their work.

A little background information...

I hadn’t animated a film in a while and was frustrated. I knew I had to animate something, ANYTHING that came to my head. This idea came to me during a conversation over dinner with some friends. At risk of spoiling the film’s ending, I can’t disclose entirely what was discussed that night, but it left me with this idea for a film.
