Makers of award-winning animation Sarah & Duck preview brand new series at MIP Junior 2014

The producers of award-winning animation Sarah & Duck, Karrot Entertainment, are premiering Jimmy Jammies at MIP Junior 2014, a brand new animated pre-school series about a little boy who goes on fantastic voyages of historical discovery in his magic pyjamas.

Jimmy's Jammies

Currently in development, Jimmy’s Jammies was created by Megan Price and Rufus Blacklock and follows the colourful adventures of six-year old Jimmy, whose father is curator of a busy inner-city museum. Every morning, Jimmy wakes up early in his jammies to explore the museum, knocking on a Totem pole to wake up Raven, his magically majestic, feathered best friend. When the pair spot an artefact with a symbol matching Jimmy’s patterned pyjamas, both are whisked off on an adventure to the exciting location from where the item originated. Whether exploring 1930s Cote d’Azur or delving into thrilling Dinosaur-filled terrain, Jimmy and Raven’s eyes are opened up to wonderful world of discovery and adventure.

“After the success of Sarah & Duck we were keen to follow it up with something special and we think Jimmy’s Jammies is a terrific next step for Karrot,” says Karrot Entertainment co-founder Chris White. “We’ve a big opportunity for Jimmy to be an adventurous ambassador for early years museum-visiting around the world, and are delighted to be premiering our pilot episode at MIP Junior to start our discussions with broadcast and interactive partners.”
