Dec 12: Sven Helbig – Frost (MOKOST)
For some reason the holidays seem to be a time when I am more inclided to go to the symphony, as though it is a special treat of culture to lift my spirits at the end of the year. Or perhaps it is because the street musicians are out en force in hopes of wrangling extra change from the crowds of shoppers. In this music video for Sven Helbig and the Dresden Symphony, those two worlds meet as some strangley endearing musicians tour the streets of the city. The animators at MOKOST managed to capture the strange event.
The folks at MOKOST send us some words on the piece “mit freundlichen Grüßen”:
Interesting moment, fact or point of inspiration from your production:
The footage for the Video we shot on the hottest day of the year in Dresden.
Most memorable Christmas moment:
Every year for Christmas there is a moment when it became very quiet. Just before the distribution of Christmas presents. I like this very much.
At the top of the Christmas list:
Time. We want to make some time next year to regain some strength for the new projects.
#AdventAnimation is a daily showcase of holiday themed animation. If you are working on something with a touch of holiday cheer that will be released sometime between 1 December and Christmas Eve, drop me a note and I will put it into consideration.
