Creative Skillset’s Tick Talent Showcase – Monday 13th July

- Meet the best new graduating talent and see the work coming out of the Uk’s best VFX, animation and games degree courses.
- Keynote speakers ; The Oliver Twins, Philip and Andrew Oliver who have been at the mainstay of games development for over 30 years founding the Dizzy franchise. They now run Radiant Worlds.
- Amongst the many industry guests will be Sean Danischevsky, Visual Effects Supervisor whose many credits include, Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Dark Knight, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
The best graduates from Creative Skillset’s ticked courses in VFX, games and animation will gather on July 13 to showcase their work and meet hiring managers at companies looking for the brightest new talent. Over 45 courses from universities including; Ravensbourne, the National Film and Television School, the Arts University of Bournemouth, and Bournemouth University will exhibit their work and attend a day of industry led workshops and masterclasses. The games industry has always attracted passionate and talented creative minds where entrepreneurialism and playfulness mingle. Companies including Framestore, MPC, DNeg, Rebellion, Tiger Aspect, Sony Playstation, LUPUS Films and Fettle Animation will come to see the quality of 2015 graduates – selected by their course leaders to showcase their industry standard work.

Every year since the first Tick talent showcase in 2008 graduates have been recruited to jobs directly as a result of attending.

The Creative Skillset Tick is the quality mark awarded to courses that produce work-ready graduates and apprentices.
