Bill Plympton and Jim Lujan’s ‘Revengeance’ – Teaser Trailer!
Maintaining his stride and reputation as one of the most prolific figures of independent animation, Bill Plympton is helming yet another feature film on the heels of his critically-acclaimed Cheatin’.
Currently in the final stretch of a crowdfunding campaign, Revengeance marks Bill’s first collaboration with writer and fellow auteur animator Jim Lujan, telling the story of Rod Rosse – ‘The One Man Posse’ – a bounty hunter who becomes embroiled in a series of deadly misadventures when he takes on a job from a senator going by the reassuring moniker Deathface. Shortly after the announcement that Plymptoons regular Matthew Modine had joined a voice cast that includes Dave Foley and Lujan himself, Animation Magazine premiered the film’s first teaser trailer which you can watch below:
