Anibar Animation Festival Returns for Its 16th Edition
Anibar Animation Festival is an annual celebration of creativity and innovation in animation. Held every summer in the city of Peja, Kosovo, Anibar showcases animated short films from around the globe. It provides a platform for talented animators to share their unique stories and artistic visions while inspiring audiences to reimagine the possibilities of animation.
The upcoming 16th edition of the festival will take place from July 14–20, 2025.
The festival spans the city of Peja, transforming public spaces into vibrant cultural hubs. With four cinemas (two outdoor and two indoor) screening approximately 300 films, Anibar offers a program of masterclasses, workshops, panel discussions, exhibitions, coffee talks, presentations, special programs, pitching sessions, and music concerts.

We are looking for captivating, thought-provoking, and visually stunning animated short films that push the boundaries of storytelling and animation techniques. Whether you are a director or distributor passionate about animation, this is your opportunity!
